Admissions, Enrollment, and Tuition Management

Phase 1: Admissions
St. Matthew recently partnered with TADS Admissions and Enrollment. The TADS system allows families to submit admission applications quickly and efficiently. The Phase 1 Admissions process is for families that are new to St. Matthew. Our Principal will review your application and our school office can provide you with status on the review process. Approvals are typically processed in less than a week. Once your application is approved, your family will move into the enrollment phase. If you would like to submit a paper application or if you need some help with your application, please contact our school office. Note to Returning Families - Our returning families do not need to complete the admissions process. TADS will send your system access information to the email address that St. Matthew has on file. You will start in Phase 2 - Enrollment. If you have any questions, please contact the school office. TADS is a new process at St. Matthew so please contact us if you have any questions. Phase 2: Enrollment Once your application is approved, we will send a confirmation via email so you can start the enrollment process. Please note that you should complete a separate enrollment for each child in your family. The TADS system is exceptionally intuitive and will walk you through the process. You can ensure that your student secures a position in class by submitting your registration payment on or before June 1st. Registration is due prior to August 18, 2013. When you submit your student's enrollment, please note that the TADS system will encourage you to submit your registration fee within two weeks of your enrollment submission date. Once your registration fee is paid in full, your enrollment is finalized and St. Matthew will generate a tuition contract for your student in Phase 3, Tuition Management. Phase 3: Tuition Management Our mission at St. Matthew is to provide quality Christian education. Partnering with a third party for tuition management allows St. Matthew to keep its primary focus on education rather than administration. Our relationship with TADS provides parents with more payment options and methods of payment. Once your enrollment is submitted and your registration fees are paid in full, TADS will send you a tuition contract to establish your payment preferences. If you would like to receive your tuition contract prior to paying your registration and facility maintenance fees, please contact the school office. If your student is already enrolled, you can log into your account using the link provided below. Financial Aid Providing quality Christian education is an integral part of the mission at St. Matthew Lutheran Church. We strive to provide affordable solutions for families by subsidizing every child's education. You can learn more about how St. Matthew funds your child's education on our Financial Aid page. We also provide instructions on how your family can request additional aid through the financial aid application process. We understand that family circumstances change; therefore, we accept applications throughout the year. |
