We chose St. Matthew because of their preschool teacher, Donna Lindsay. I have never seen someone who loves teaching young minds as much as her. You can tell she loves her job, and she has so much patience and love for the kids in her classroom. Since having been a part of the preschool family for a couple years, we are also planning on sending our kids to kindergarten and beyond at the elementary school next door. This small school has truly become a second family. They pray for us, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone has access to AFFORDABLE christian education.

St Matthew’s was recommended to us by a dear friend who’d sent her own children to this school. My daughter loves it, excels in her school work, and has grown into a deep love and knowing of God. The education is top notch, the teachers are wonderful people, but the most important aspect is the visible way everyone loves the Lord.
Last year, while driving my daughter to school, I asked her to recite her memory verse to me. I watched her in the rearview mirror as she spoke out Luke 1:6-7. I was glowing and told her “I love to hear the Bible coming out of your mouth.” She vehemently corrected me, “NO! It is not coming out of my mouth! It is coming out of my heart!” I was filled with such amazing joy. That passionate love she has for her Lord has depended as she continues to grow and learn in Christ at St. Matthews.

Our family loves St. Matthew Lutheran School. We can clearly see that the teachers are genuinely concerned about their students and help them at whichever level they are. The other students and their families are so nice as well. St. Matthew's school environment is a very caring one. My children love attending it, and I know the teachers are not only building their knowledge, but also helping them become more responsible, mature, and kind.

St Matthew's has been such a blessing for both of my children! As a parent of two I cannot tell you how good it feels to take my kids to a school that is Christ centered and safe. I know and can say with confidence that the staff at St Matthew's comes to school each day ready to do their best. To teach, guide and pray for each child. This school provides such a strong foundation for each child that enters its doors. A foundation that will no doubt carry over into adulthood!

The biggest thing that I love about St. Matthew Lutheran School is that they emulate the same values that we teach our kids at home. The other thing I really appreciate is the quality education. I have had 2 kids that have graduated from the school so far and the education they received was top notch. They were ahead of their classmates in High School on some subjects.

Our child has attended St. Matthew since starting in preschool and we hope to have her there through 8th grade! She has grown so much emotionally, spiritually, and academically. The school provides a nurturing, family-type environment where everyone knows each other by name and this very much contributes to the success of each student. The classes are small; thus, the teachers truly get to know each child and give personal attention. The children not only engage with their peers, but they also interact with students across all grade levels, which helps to create such a welcoming and safe environment. St. Matthew Lutheran provides a high-quality, values-based education, the foundation that my child requires to thrive.
